Welcome to the first day of my 12 Days of Christmas! Over the coming days I'll be sharing holidays cards, treat packaging and more.
For Day #1, I'm sharing an Easy Reindeer Fun Bundle card.
(inspired by Stampin' Up! Artisan, Bree Renwick)
- Stamp/Bundle: Reindeer Fun Bundle (includes dies)
- Paper:
- Basic White Thick (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base)
- Basic White (3-1/2" x 4-3/4", scrap for sentiment)
- Garden Green (3-5/8" x 4-7/8")
- Reindeer Days Designer Series Paper (3/4" x 3" trees, printed reindeer-die cut or fussy cut)
- Ink: Pool Party, Real Red
- Other: Blending Brushes, Paper Snips, Real Red & White Baker's Twine, Rhinestone Basic Jewels, Stampin' Seal, Glue Dots, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.
DOstamping Blended Background Tips:
- On white panel, use Blending Brush to add Pool Party ink as shown. TIPS: rub brush in a circular motion onto ink pad several times. Then test on scratch paper. Typically after inking up the brush, you'll want to pull some of the ink off on scratch paper before blending ink onto your project surface. Repeat until you get the look you want.
- Stamp snowflakes several times with Pool Party ink. Adhere to Garden Green panel and then to folded card base.
- Then decorate as shown.
What I love about this card is, you can use the printed Reindeer Days Designer Series Paper for the deer focal point. There are lots of deer images to choose from to make this card a special holiday card that you can duplicate.
