Celebrate Birthdays With Bold Layered Thoughts!

Today, I’m sharing a recent creation that celebrates birthdays with a flourish of fun flowers (Choose Happy stamp set) and bold typography (Layered Thoughts stamp set).  Both stamp sets can be found in the 2025-2026 Annual Catalog.

I paired the stamp sets with both NEW 2025-2027  (Secret Sea) and OLD 2025-2026 In Colors (Petunia Pop & Summer Splash)!  Speaking of In Colors – be sure to check out below for a special coming August 5th.

How’d She DO That? Happy Birthday card

• Stamps: Layered Thoughts, Choose Happy
• Paper:
  • Petunia Pop (8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ card base)
  • Basic White (3-3/4″ x 5″)
  • Secret Sea (4″ x 5-1/4″)
• Ink:  Secret Sea
• Stampin’ Blends:  Petunia Pop (petals), Summer Splash (leaves), Secret Sea (flower center)
• Other: Paper Trimmer, Bone Folder, Stampin’ Seal, 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls

✂️ Crafting Techniques Used

• Stamping & Coloring: The floral elements & sentiment were stamped with Secret Sea ink and colored with Stampin’ Blends to create depth and dimension.
• Layering: Multiple cardstock layers add structure and visual interest.
• Embellishing: 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls accents were carefully placed to enhance the celebratory feel without overwhelming the design.
