Charming Day Bundle: Revisiting a Past Sketch

Today I’m sharing a quick & cute card featuring the Charming Day Bundle, part of the Online Exclusive Floral Charm Suite.

How’d She DO That? Charming Thanks card

Stamps/Bundles: Charming Day Bundle – includes dies
Paper:
- Pecan Pie (8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ card base, scrap for 2 leaf die cuts)
- Basic White (3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″, 3/4″ x 2-1/2″ sentiment)
- Berry Burst (3/4″ x 4-1/2″, 1-1/4″ x 4-1/2″, scrap for flower die cut)
- Bubble Bath (scrap for flower die cut)
- Floral Charm Designer Series Paper (1″ x 4-1/2″)
Ink: Pecan Pie
Other: Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, Linen Thread, Charming Shimmer Faceted Gems, Stampin’ Seal, Glue Dots & Stampin’ Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

For the flower:
- Die cut two flowers (one each in Bubble Bath and Berry Burst cardstock)
- Arrange them with the Bubble Bath flower on top (not stacked in the same position) and then “pull” one or two petals from the Berry Burst flower through some of the spaces of the top flower.
- Adhere Pecan Pie leaf die cuts behind flower and then adhere to end of sentiment strip with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Add 3 Charming Shimmer Faceted Gems to center of flower.

The layout for this card came from a Past Sketch, that I enjoy revisiting from time to time.
