Day #1 of Sweet Days of Autumn: QC Crisp Autumn Days

Today is the first day of Autumn, September 22. 

Autumn is my favorite season of the year!  I love the crispness of the air, cooler temperatures and the colors of the autumn leaves.

So I thought I'd take a week to share all of the fabulous cards I've made with the new Sweet Days of Autumn products from the Scrapbooking Brochure.

This sweet card comes together really quick and is perfect to send to someone you're thinking of this fall.

How'd She DO That? QC Crisp Autumn Days card

• Stamps:  Autumn to Remember
• Paper:
  • Thick Basic White (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base) 
  • Basic White (4" x 5-1/4", 5/8" x 4, scrap for largest Nested Essentials rectangle die cut ) 
  • Sweet Days of Autumn Designer Series Paper (5/8" x 4 cajun craze, 3/4" x 4" old olive)
• Ink:  Cajun Craze
• Other:  Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Nested Essentials Dies, Faux Glass Dots, Stampin' Seal, Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

• For placement of the large leaf stamping on the 4" x 5-1/4" white panel, use Nested Essentials die cut to eyeball where to stamp leaves in opposite corners.
• On 5/8" x 4" white strip, stamp small maple leaf along the entire strip.  
• Adhere DSP strips first as shown, then adhere stamped leaf strip over both.
• Stamp and adhere sentiment die cut using Stampin' Dimensionals
• Finish with my favorite embellishments, Faux Glass Dots.
