DOstamping Sale-a-Bration Inspriation – Day #9: FREE Fruit Salad Designer Series Paper

Welcome to my DOstamping Sale-a-Bration Inspiration – Day #9!

Today I’m sharing some fun cards made with Fruit Salad Designer Series Paper, a FREE Sale-a-Bration choice!

I made these cards with leftover pieces from my sketch card that I’m sharing tomorrow.

How’d She DO That? Fruit Salad cards

• Stamps:  Layering Leaves
• Paper:
  • Basic White Thick (8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ card base, scraps for punches)
  • Granny Apple Green, Pecan Pie, Real Red, Coastal Cabana, Pumpkin Pie (4″ x 5-1/2″, scraps for punches)
  • Sale-a-Bration Fruit Salad Designer Series Paper (various strips of 3/4″ x 5-1/2″)
• Ink: Granny Apple Green, Pecan Pie, Real Red, Coastal Cabana
• Punches:  Heartfelt Hexagon, 2-3/8″ Circle Punch, 2″ Circle, 1-3/4″ Circle, Labeled With Love
• Others: Sale-a-Bration Purple Sequins, Basic White 1/2″ Woven Ribbon, Stampin’ Seal, Stampin’ Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

• As I was experimenting with my leftover 3/4″ x 5-1/5″ strips of Fruit Salad Designer Series Paper, I first adhere them to 4″ x 5-1/2″ coordinating panels.
• For the three cards above, I ended up cutting the finish panels down to 4″ x 5-1/4″.
• For the two cards below, I cut the 4″ x 5-1/2″ panel in half to get two 2-3/4″ x 4″ panels.

I have to admit – at first glance at the Sale-a-Bration brochure, I was not crazy about the Fruit Salad Designer Series Paper.  But once I started playing with it – I’m now in love!  I think you’ll love them too!
