Thanks Dawn – what a fun project! I found a box of 12 Chicklets on Amazon for $9.12 – depending on what type of account you have at Amazon, they qualify for Free shipping.
The Chiclets I used from Big Lots came in a 6 pack (each of them have about 10 pieces in them). I’m thinking they are a smaller package – but not sure. They measure 3-5/8″ x 1-5/8″ and about 1/4″ thick. Hope that helps.

I needed 36 gift card holders for teacher start up gift from PTO – had a 48 hour turnaround – so I modified your design to work with a gift card. They were a huge hit. Used 3 x 8.5 rather than 3 x 11.
