Florals In Bloom: Double Z-Fold Card

Today I’m sharing a Double Z-Fold Card using the Florals In Bloom Suite.

I was inspired to make this Double Z-Fold Card after seeing this fold at a retreat I attended in April.  I changed up the measurements a bit and used my own design.

How’d She DO That? Double Z-Fold card

• Stamps/Bundles: Sweet Blooms, Pretty Florals Bundle – includes dies
• Paper:
  • Peach Pie (11″ x 4-1/4″ Z-Fold card base score at 2-3/4″ x 5-1/2″)
  • Peach Pie (3-1/4″ x 9-1/2″ Z-Fold inside card score at 3-1/8″ x 5-3/4″)
  • Basic White (4” x 5-1/4”, 2” x 3”, scrap)
  • Peach Pie (2-1/4” x 3-1/4”)
  • Misty Moonlight (scrap for triple stem die cut)
  • Florals In Bloom Designer Series Paper (2-1/2” x 4” floral, 3” x 3-1/8” vertical stripe)
• Ink:  Misty Moonlight, Peach Pie, Timid Tiger
• Other:  Paper Trimmer, Bone Folder, Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls, Stampin’ Seal, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Stampin’ Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

• On Z-Fold card base, adhere floral DSP to front flap and white panel to inside.
• On Z-Fold inside card, adhere striped DSP to front flap, then…
  • Add adhesive on back side of largest panel and adhere to inside of card base (centering around outer 3 edges).
  • Then z-fold both cards together with the inside card left flap on the outside.
  • Adhere half of that flap to the other left flap with adhesive only on the left half…fold flat.
• NOTE: this card does fold flat to fit into an envelope. However, when open it will not be completely flat.
