thank you for a great tutorial; I have no immediate need for this card, but it’s always nice to know how to make one; you’re always so gifted when making a tutorial.
Hi Dawn..love this little card and would like to make it. I tried to load the video on u-tube but I have dial up. Took an hour to get just part of it. Could you give me the scoring measurment? If not I do understand. You went through all the trouble of making a video so you wouldn’t have to hand type everything.
You are so talented. You sure found your gift..plus you are so giving of your talent!
Thanks and have a great day!
Yvonne
Love the card, I’ve already made the base, however; I’m having a hard time with the top insert of the cap. What is the measurement of the 2 pieces of card stock?
Thanks,
Chrissy
I soooo love this card; I have made several. It makes into a money pocket EZ; instead of cutting off the the 1-1/4″ piece (9-1/4 from 11″), score it and use it as a “money pocket”; stamp the congrats on white and add to this flap. Adjust the grads “feet” stamp a bit, but it’s nice to have a pocket to stick money in.
OOps, Above that is 9-3/4″ from 11″.
Thanks for sharing Debbie!!

Mahalo for the awesome tutorial! I was able to make a couple of these in no time. My favorite part was making the tassel from the grosgrain ribbon. Thanks again!!
Awww, Dawn!!!! That is such an awesome idea! LOVE how you used the fold! TFS!

How in the world did you come up with this idea? The design is brilliant. It’s perfect for a graduation gift. Can I attach this to a card I’m planning to make for my uncle’s graduation?
Great GRAD card – I used your dimensions and adapted it to the Simply Scored Diagonal Tool – SO EASY! Thanks for the inspiration!
Thank you Dawn for this wonderful tutorial. I posted this card on my site and had so many compliments from it! (I did mention you on my post) Check it out:
