General Tips For a Smooth Flowing Card Buffet Class

  1. Select a card to make and bring it’s Card Supply Box to your table.
  2. Decide how many cards you would like to make (1,2 or 3) and take that number of “card packets” from the box.  Most times, the card supplies will already be sorted together in an envelope for you.  Other times, they’ll be separate and you’ll need to take an envelope and put your supplies in the envelope yourself.
  3. Stamp, punch, cut your ribbon (the amount you need is generally written on the spool), color and do whatever else that requires something from the Card Supply Box.
  4. Remove the sample card (from inside the box – not the one on top of the box).  Then put everything back in the box and return it to the “display table”. That way someone else can get started with that card while you assemble your card(s), using the sample as your guide. Once your card is assembled, bring the sample card back to the Card Supply Box.

I know it will be easy to forget that assembly of your cards occurs after the box is put away.  So please don’t be offended if I remind you not to assemble while the box is stationed in front of you.  Thanks in advance for your understanding

Please don’t hesitate to ask me for help.  That’s what I’m here for.  I’m more than willing to help you with tying a ribbon or get you a “second chance panel”.  Please, be careful when you stamp on your envelopes, though!  No second chances on envelopes!!

Looking forward to seeing you on Tuesday!
