Here's another Celebrate Sunflowers masking technique card. This time using Stampin' Blends to color the beautiful sunflowers!
How'd She DO That? Sunflower Celebrate Masking card
- Stamps/Bundles: Celebrate Sunflowers (or Bundle & SAVE 10% includes Sunflower Dies)
- Paper:
- Whisper White Thick (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base)
- Whisper White (4" x 5-1/4")
- Bumblebee (1" x 3-1/2" for sentiment – cut both ends with Lovely Labels Pick a Punch)
- Ink: Early Espresso
- Stampin' Blends: Daffodil Delight, Soft Suede & Old Olive
- Other: Lovely Labels Pick a Punch, Gilded Gems, Stampin' Seal & Stampin' Dimensionals
DOstamping Masking Instructions:
- On the Whisper White panel, stamp smaller sunflower image near the right edge/center. (shown as the 3rd flower from the bottom).
- Create masks: on sticky notes, stamp flower and leaf images, then fussy cut each one out separately.
- Use sticky note flower mask to cover stamped flower (pull slightly away from image), then stamp leaf as shown. Repeat for stamping flower/leaves above & below the first image. Then again for top & bottom images
- Color with Stampin’ Blends.
