Season Elegance Suite: Christmas Cheer All Year

Today I'm sharing a lovely holiday card using the fabulous Season of Elegance Suite of products.

This card came together rather quickly, which is great for holiday card making.  I can see myself making more of these.

How'd She DO That? Christmas Cheer card

• Stamps/Bundles: Peaceful Evergreens Bundle – includes dies, Peaceful Season Bundle – includes dies
• Paper:
  • Old Olive (11" x 4-1/4" card base) 
  • Basic White (4" x 5-1/4" for inside, scrap for banner die cut, large scraps for trees,) 
  • Gold Foil (1-1/4" x 4" die cut Christmas base, scrap for star die cut)
  • Cherry Cobbler (1-1/2" x 4-1/4")
  • Adhesive Sheet (4-1/8" x 1-3/8")
  • Season of Elegance Designer Series Paper (4" x 5-1/4")
• Ink:  Old Olive, Mossy Meadow, White Craft Cherry Cobbler
• Other:  Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Painted Trees 3D Embossing Folder, Cherry Cobbler & Gold 1/4" Satin Ribbon, Stampin' Seal, Mini Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

• Add texture to Old Olive panel of Season of Elegance Designer Series Paper with the Painted Trees 3D Embossing Folder.  (I aligned the folder with the tall tree on the left side of the DSP)
• Add White Craft ink to raised areas of DSP.  As I wanted to lightly highland the texture of the trees, I just used my finger to apply the ink.
• On large white scrap, stamp large tree with Old Olive ink and small tree with Mossy Meadow ink, and die cut.  Adhere small tree to card and then large treen with Stampin' Dimensionals.
• On banner die cut, stamp sentiment with Mossy Meadow ink.  Thread 3-1/2" of Cherry Cobbler & Gold 1/4" Satin Ribbon through banner and adhere to card with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals
• Take backing off one side of adhesive sheet and place in middle of Cherry Cobbler piece, then die cut "Christmas".  Remove backing and attach to Gold Foil Christmas "base" die cut.  Adhere to card with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals, overlapping slightly onto the banner.
• Attach Gold Foil star to card with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.

Bring the outside in:

• In lower left corner of white inside panel, use the medium side tree to partial stamp trees with Old Olive ink, stamping off some too.
• Stamp sentiment with Cherry Cobbler ink.
