Today I’m sharing a card I made using the Online Exclusive Season of Green & Gold Suite.
The gold patterns in the Season of Green & Gold Specialty Designer Series Paper are gorgeous and pair perfectly together!
How’d She DO That? Season of Gold Holiday card
- Stamps/Bundles: Golden Greenery Bundle (includes dies), Greetings of the Season Bundle (includes dies) – both Online Exclusives
- Paper:
- Pecan Pie – 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” card base score & fold at 4-1/4”
- Very Vanilla – scraps for label die cut & small bell
- Textured Metallic Specialty Paper (Gold) – scrap for label die cut
- Season of Green & Gold Designer Series Paper – 7/8” x 4” (left), 5/8” x 4” (middle & right) – Online Exclusive
- Ink: Pecan Pie, Crumb Cake
- Other: Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, Cherry Cobbler & Pearl Adhesive-Backed Berries – Online Exclusive, Very Vanilla ¾” Satin Ribbon – Online Exclusive, Stampin’ Seal, Glue Dots & Stampin’ Dimensionals
DOstamping Tips:
- Experiment with all of the lovely tags/labels that come with the Season of Greetings dies. The two I used layer nicely!
- The bell was stamped with Crumb Cake ink for base image and Pecan Pie ink for detailed image.
- I trimmed the Very Vanilla ¾” Satin Ribbon lengthwise (about 10″) and used one piece to tie into a bow. You will have some loose strands, just trim those off.
- Before putting the card together, use the sentiment label piece to determine where to stamp the foliage onto the card front, with Pecan Pie ink.
- Add a Pearl Berry to the stamp foliage – which picks up the shine of the metallic label.
