Here's an updated Snowflake Punch Button Card I did for my last year's 12 Weeks of Christmas Newsletter.  Using Stampin' Up! 5" x 3-1/2" Note Cards (with envelopes), makes it a quick and easy card.  I wanted to make some this year too, but use current product.
