Today’s Gift Card Holder Inspiration came at just the right time, as I was in need of one for a friend.
At the Stampin’ Up! Atlanta OnStage event last month, I had a bit of a travel mishap. My friend, Brian King saved me at the emergency room, as well as throughout the entire weekend. I’m not sure what I would have done without him (and several of his team members who pitched in too). Even though I was traveling alone, you are never alone when you’re at a Stampin’ Up! event!
How’d She DO That? Gift Card Holder:
- Holder: Cut 10″ x 3-1/4″ Night of Navy cardstock. Score at 4″ and 8″. To the smallest section, add Tear & Tape to both side edges, fold up and secure
- Sleeve: Cut 7-1/2″ x 3-1/2″ Smokey Slate cardstock. Score at 1/2″ and 4″. Add Tear & Tape to 1/2″ section and fold/secure together)
- NEW Country Club Designer Series Paper ( 3-1/4″ x 3-1/4″)
- Whisper White (3″ x 3-3/4″ for inside panel and scrap for sentiment die cut)
For the greeting – I used a NEW Jan-Jun 2020 Mini Catalog product, So Sentimental Bundle. The Designer Series Paper is Country Club and that too is coming 1/3/2020
I was immediately drawn to this bundle because of the sentiments and the size of them. I think I’ll be reaching for this set a lot. And the coordinating dies…come with both scallop rectangles and fancy shape dies. Lovin’ it!

Fun money or card holder. I sort of heard about Brian to the rescue but was not sure what had happened. Hope you are doing well now. It is chaos here with my husband having surgery the day before Thanksgiving and just finally home 2 days ago. I managed to tear my meniscus too in all the mess. But, I hope to have a better New Year. I think I need to make some of these holders. That bundle really peaked my interest in the new catalog. I think I will use it a lot. Happy holidays!
