Tips For Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape & Dies

Today I’m sharing tips for using the new Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape from the 2025-2026 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog.

The key to this card is to start with the largest flower in the center, working out towards the edges filling with in leaves and more flowers.

How’d She DO That? Extraordinary Flora Washi Congrats card

• Stamps/Bundles: Extraordinary Flora Bundle (includes dies)
• Paper:
  • Basic White Thick (11″ x 4-1/4″ card base)
  • Basic White (4″ x 5-1/4″ for Washi Tape, 2″ x 4-1/4″ add texture with Garden Embossing Folder)
• Ink:  Tuxedo Black Memento
• Other:  Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, Online Exclusive Glass & Garden Embossing Folders, Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape, Linen Thread, Stampin’ Seal, Glue Dots & Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals

The Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape is big, bright, and beautiful! It’s 3-1/4″ wide and features a gorgeous pattern of watercolor florals and botanical images. The design alternates from pink and purple variations of the same pattern for more versatility!

• 1 roll, 3-1/4″ x 10 yards
• Color Coordination: Berry Burst, Coastal Cabana, Darling Duckling, Flirty Flamingo, Lost Lagoon, Old Olive, Petunia Pop, Pretty Peacock, Shaded Spruce, Strawberry Slush
• Coordinates with Extraordinary Flora Bundle (stamp & dies)

DOstamping Tips:

• Start with a 4″ x 5-1/2″ of neutral or lighter colored cardstock (ie: white, vanilla, maybe even some of our subtle colors, window sheets or vellum could work)
• Apply Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape to cardstock piece by rolling onto the piece until your reach the next section.  Use Paper Snips to cut off section.
  • NOTE:  sections are “marked” by alternate patterns of pink and purple
• Use Bone Folder to smooth out any wrinkles in the washi tape.
• To die cut, line up images with the Extraordinary Flora Die.
• Viola!  With one pass you get 16 die cut shapes!
