I've received several questions on my Flower Rosette card from the Tour de Freaks Blog Tour early this month. So here goes a picture tutorial for you – hope it helps!
ACCORDION FLOWER ROSETTE TUTORIAL
1" x 12" strip of Designer Series Paper – accordion/fan fold and attach ends together
"Push" flat and add a Pop-up Glue Dot to center to secure
Add embellishment to the front, then add a Pop-Up Glue Dot to the back and secure to your card.
