I've come to discover that our grandson Max (6), is quite the little crafter. I always knew he enjoyed crafting with me, but I guess I didn't realize how much he really loves it! He loves all my Stampin' Up! stuff and constantly reminds me of it. Touches my heart!
When he was over last month, I was cleaning off my crafting space (aka dining room table) and there were a few leftover die-cut leaves laying there. Max asked if he could have them. Of course he could! In fact – I had been thinking we could make a Turkey with them. He was all over that. But we had to get a few things done before we could "play". So…he wrote me a post-it note reminder and put it on my computer (as he knows I'd see it there – ha, ha!). Then, he got it in his head to create a "to do" list for all the things he wanted to do over the weekend. Take a look…
As you can see, the list got pretty long and we didn't get a chance to do everything. But the Turkey Curd (card) did get done. Take a look…
Happy Thanksgiving, from Max and Umma (that's me)!

Oh Dawn, how darling, your grandson’s card is so pretty. I know about grandkids doing this little things for us grandmas, and I keep every single little drawing or letter or card they make for me. Thank you for sharing this picture of your beautiful grandson and his fabulous turkey card.
Lots of playing, some crafting, and eating in front of the tv. Yes, he understands the good things in life!
