Now that we're close friends, I'd like to introduce you to Our Sweet P's, Max and Sam!
Why are they called Sweet P's? Because that's the title of our 2011 Calendar created with Stampin' Up!'s My Digital Studio. FYI – their last name is Przezdziecki. (Just try pronouncing that last name – I dare ya :). It's much easier to say "Sweet P's. Max is on the left and Sam is on the right – love those smiles. I crack up every time I see this picture.
Some background: Each year my daughter, Angie and I create 8 calendars for Christmas gifts. We started doing them after Max was born. He is now 4, so we'll be creating our 5th one this Nov/Dec. The first two years they were all handmade. Let me tell you – that's a lot of cardstock, adhesive and TIME! We loved doing them! But as life got busier, we were SO thankful that we could create them digitally. As that tooks hours off the creation time. We still get 8 copies printed through Stampin' Up! printing services. Here's a couple months from this year's calendar:
What's so special about the way we do our calendar, is we leave a blank space for a photo. Then each month, the boys (well, Angie) sends us a photo of themselves along with a cute little note. That way the pictures are current, not ones from the previous year. It's the gift that keeps on giving and everyone loves it!
I thought sharing these calendar photos today would be a great way of introducing DOstamping Celebrates Day#4 Blog Candy!

Dawn's Reminders

I love both styles of scrapbooking, and I do one or the other. Never tried hybrid. Digital scrapbooking is great when you are on the go, just open your laptop and create! Traditional scrapbooking was my first love, and there is still something about sticking those photos on the page and embellishing that is magical to me still!
I don’t do much scrapbooking but would love the time savings of digital as my two kids (2.5 and 5 yrs) keep me busy!
I’m not a scrapbooker, but I do love stamping! Thank you for the chance to win a digital studio workshop, it’ll be fun to see another option for creating cards.
Your calendar pages are very cute. I hope to use MDS to make mine this year (usually I’ve done it on Snapfish). I’m mostly a card maker, not a scrapbooker. I hope MDS will make scrapbooking quicker so I can put a dent in all the pages I want to do. Please don’t enter me today since I already have MDS.
Free is good. I know I am a traditional scrapbooker because I haven’t done anything digitally. I can’t upload or retrieve a photo without help. It looks like MDS has a log to give and even help me! Winning would be so much fun. Thanks.
Awesome calendar pages! I am a traditional scrap booker, but I would be thrilled to win MDS and try something new. 🙂
I have wanted (desperately) to do picture calendars, but couldn’t work out the logistics. Lovely plan you and your daughter developed!! That is SO workable… and cute. Thanks again for the inspiration. I am still a traditional scrapbooker, but I know my future lies with digital. kit_marie at hotmail dot com
Funny story — I had my first Stampin’ Up! workshop and bought a bunch of stuff to start scrapbooking, then found out a week later that I was pregnant with my third child. Since then I have had another child, became a demonstrator, and I STILL haven’t started a scrapbook!!! Cards and small 3-D projects are all that I seem to have time to finish. But I have to say I’m a traditional crafter. Haven’t traveled the digital path yet. So, it would be FANTASTIC to win this blog candy. Maybe then I wouldn’t feel so overwhelmed with scrapping.
I am a traditional paper crafter, but would love to learn how to do digital with Stampin Up. Congratulations on your fantastic achievement!
Holy cow – that’s great blog candy! Your calendar pages look great! I prefer traditional scrap booking but can definitely see some advantages to the digital, so I may lean toward hybrid stuff.
Cute kiddos!! 🙂 I have never tried hybrid or digital scrapbooking. I tend to be a traditional paper and ink kind of girl. Although, no one has taught me any other way!
I’m not much of a scrapbooker. I can’t seem to get away from making cards to find the time to scrapbook. I would love to try digital scrapbooking because it seems like it would be easier to do. Thanks for all your wonderful ideas and inspiration. I love to get your daily emails and look forward to your creations!
What an awesome idea you and your daughter have going with your digital scrapbooks! Have seen so many cool creations using MDS but haven’t gotten into the digital or hybrid scrapping. Love the idea that my cards could be done that way ~ especially when traveling with a laptop and no supplies. Thanks for the fabulous giveaway, Dawn!
I am definitely a digital scrapbooker. I love traditional cards, but being able to make scrapbook pages without having to remember to get my photos printed is awesome. Plus they come in a nice bound book which takes up much less space.
I mostly do traditional scrapbooking since I have so many stamps and punches, but I’ve seen the digital. Sounds like fun, and what a generous offer for you to make! You have two darling grandchildren!
Nothing cuter than little kids. Love the pictures. Edna
Hi- Love your calendqar pages! I’m not much of a scrapbooker although when I do-it’s traditional. Thanks again for the wonderful blog candy. I do not have a MDS system yet so maybe this will be a lucky prize!
Wow!! What a prize! I have not been doing much scrap-booking lately since it seems to be so much trouble. I can’t believe this program makes it all so easy that even I could make something like these lovely calendars!! I would love to be a digital scrapper but I really need that program!! I could become SUPER SCRAPPER!! Thanks for offering such a great goodie! You are very generous!
Your grandkids are so cute!! Love the little blue mouths!! This is a great idea for a calendar!! I don’t see my grandkids very often so this would be a great idea for next year’s calendar!! Thanks Dawn!! Did you say FREE digital studio software?? Cool!! Thank you so much for giving us a chance to win!!
Debbie B
What darling little boys. The chef picture is too cute. Great idea to leave the photo spots free for current pics.
I’m a traditional scrapper. I have done digital and hybrid scrapping, but prefer the ‘old fashioned way.’
pred ZE kee? Close? I love languages.
Careful, Dawn. I may yet invest in that MDS and then I will have 9 years worth of photos to scrap.
(Fellow demo: Recusing self from drawing. Just had to comment.)
Love your calendars! While I’m a traditional scrapbooker, I’ve been intrigued with the digital software. Haven’t purchased it (yet) but wow, I could win it?!? Awesome!
I am a traditional scrapbooker but your blog has given me the inspiration to “get with the times and go digital”. Your grandchildren are adorable!
Wow!!! This is such a great idea!!
I have never tried My Digital Studio, but have thought it would be nice to use. Especially if I could figure out how to use it!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful grandsons with us! Grand kids are the best!!
I have toyed with the idea of MDS, but truthfully I have been a little intimidated by it….would love to try it though. Love your idea of a calendar that you showed us. I love all your creative ideas. Thanks for sharing
What a wonderful idea. I should do this for the grandkids. I love to scrapbook but mostly I make cards. Just started quilling. Digital studio workshop would be awesome to win!
Thank you for all the ideas and information you pass on to us.
Love, love, love the calendar pages. They are so fresh and the photos are splendid! I do a lot of papercrafting and stamping but my scrapbooking is traditional so I haven’t tried digital. I’d like to try it sometime…your ideas are making that “sometime” come sooner! Great ideas Dawn!
What a great idea with the calenders, to leave them blank, then send the pictures with a note! Love it! My favorite way to scrapbook is traditional. I haven’t made myself take the plunge. Perhaps if I win the MDS, I will leap!
i am a traditionad scrapbooker but have always wanted to try digital. Actually hybrid would probably be a good place to start…..a little of each!
I’m a traditional scrapbooker. I started 11 years ago making a scrapbook for my first grandchild. I’ve continued on with each one. Beautiful calendar pages.
Wow! I have never tried digital scrapbooking. I have been debating about it because I haven’t even started my 7 year olds book. Nuts right???
Great scrapbook pages. I’ve don’t seem to have the scrapbooking gene.
I like both traditional and digital, but don’t have much time for either. Hope to do more in the future.
Sandi
So far, I’m a traditional scrapper. But I would like to be a hybrid scrapper! Your calendars look so very tempting. What a great idea!
I love your calendars.
I am not a scrapbooker, however, that is what I first tried my hand at when I evolved into cardmaking, which I am better at doing; I did make a scrapbook of my Mom’s life after she passed away a couple of years ago and I guess my attempt was more traditional. My friends said I did a good job, but it wasn’t relaxing for me…maybe it was the subject matter…I was still grieving the loss of my Mom.
I know nothing about the digital software, but it sounds interesting.
I’m usually traditional, but I’m trying more and more digital lately. Thanks for a chance to win!!
I’m traditional but getting closer and closer to digital.
I have never tried My Digital Studio, but have seen a lot of great pages and cards that have been created using it. Thanks Dawn for the chance to win the software. I have enjoyed your videos! Thank you!
I am not a scrapbooker but love what other people have done. Your calendars are great, I would love getting one like that of my grandkids. I guess I don’t really understand how the digital works would like to know more. Thanks for sharing.
I am not a scrapbooker but have been wanting to try my hand at it sometime. I am intriqued by the digital stuff. My husband is really intrigued by it more than I. Anyway, love your blog and your tutorials are great! Thanks for sharing your talent with us.
I’m a traditional scrapbooker. I’ve never tried the digital route yet. Those calenders would be a fantastic idea for gifts. Thanks for all your wonderful ideas that you share!
What a FANTASTIC idea for the calendar pix! I always love seeing how my nieces and nephews are growing, and this way you have a definite time frame to look back on. My scrapbooking style is hopeful…I hope to get to it!
This would be a wonderful thing for my daughters and I to do together. They are the scrapbookers and not me.
Traditional….I would love to learn how to “go digital” though.
Love it! Those are great ideas…I am not really a scrapper, I just pretend to be one at workshops. lol! But maybe I should pull out my MDS and give it another try.
If you should happen to draw my name, then please pull another and make someone’s day as I already have the software, just need to learn how to use it. 😉
Your grandbabies are soooooo cute. Bet they are the apple of grandma’s eye. As for my scrapbooking style it is traditional. However, I have had my eye on the SU software but….well you know how that goes! Thanks for sharing. Robin
I am a traditional scrapbooker and have always said I would never convert to a digital one. (It would be like cheating) But I have to say that I’ve been seeing some neat things done with these digital programs and might cave one of these days!
I am a very traditional scrapbooker. I haven’t used any digital scrapbooking, but it looks intriguing. Thanks for the opportunity to win blog candy.
I would love to be a scrapbooker, but I don’t know where to start. My friends tell me it’s so easy, but I’m struggling with what to do right now. Would My Digital Studio help me create a scrapbook? I’d love to try it out!!
I am a traditional scrapbooker but have wanted to try the digital studio since it came out!! Oh I hope I am lucky!! Love the calendar pages- oh so cute!!!
i love your calendar pages. i hope I win this. I am somewhat of a new demonstrator. I would love this. I have a club that is run free & I do this with a diverse group of 12, 13 and 14 year olds, at the local middle school. They would love this.
I am a traditional scrapbooker but would love to try new things if I win this blog candy. Thanks!
Love your ideas! i am a traditional scrapbooker, like working with paper, embellishments and photos.
Blue icing ~ oh my! 😀 Most of my scrapbooking experience has been traditional; however I did make one digital book via a website & it was quite fun (and QUICK!) So many fun toys are available these days . . . Wausau Mary
Traditionally scrapbooker who is very, very behind and would love to try her hand at digital scrapbooking.
Well Dawn, you did it again. You have put a new twist on an old idea. Inserting a current photo onto the calendar page, so they are age and date correct. Wonderful! Well, I am not a scrapbooker, but I do like to make greeting cards. I prefer to make traditional cards and I am sure that the Digital software would be a nice addition to any cardmakers’ stash, even mine!
I know you are very proud of Max and Sam … they look like such sweet little men. I especially like the June calendar photo of Sam with his chef’s hat on!
My scrapbooking experience has only been traditional … but I would love to try digital scrapbooking. Thank you for the opportunity to win a copy of My Digital Studio. How generous you are, Dawn!
I have only tried a little traditional scrapbooking. I want to do more now that I have a grandson. I think the hybrid mix sounds like the best of both worlds. Thanks for the chance to win.
I am a traditional scrapbooker but would love to try digital. I am so impressed by what other people are doing!
I have yet to try scrapbooking, I really need to start since I have a zillion pictures to work with. Would love to try My Digital Studio. You have adorable grandsons!!!
I’m definitely a hybrid 🙂 I like the professional look of digital, and cool techniques available, but hybrid still lets me get inky and snip to my heart’s content!
I do a little traditional scrapbooking. I have made one digital album on a photo website. I’ve been debating about getting MDS for quite a while; I’m still on the fence!
I started scrapbooking and ended up making cards! I’ve never tried anything digital, so thanks for the chance to win! Love the calendar idea….thanks for sharing pics of the Sweet P’s. How do you say their last name? Congratulations on 2 million blog hits!
I am a traditional scrapbooker. Then into stamping & cardmaking. I still scrap but have added SU stamping to my scrapbook pages.
I say its the best of both worlds…
Wow! What a neat idea for a calender gift. I love it. You have the neatest ideas. I am a traditional scrapbooker. Thank you for sharing all you ideas..
Unfortunately I’m not much of a scrapbooker, but there’s always hope! I love to make cards though.
I’ve been looking at this digital studio software for a long time and I’ve been too scared to take the plunge. I am an avid scrapbooker and card maker, but I’m chicken to go digital… I’ve seen some gorgeous things made with it though. This could be the very thing that sends me in that new direction! Thank you for the opportunity to win! 🙂
I’m not really a scrapper…but I have MDS…hope to make a website one day….so it would be what…electronic? LOL
Those are such cute pages and I can see where that would be a lovely gift. I always intend to scrapbook but can never come up with ideas of what to do so I put it back in a box on the shelf. I have considered the digital software so I hope I win so I can give it a shot. Thanks for sharing your photos and ideas and the chance to win.
Dawn;
To answer your question, I would have to say that currently I am a Traditional Scrapbooker who would love to by a Hybrid Scrapbooker. I am technologically inclined, so I would love playing with the software and settings options.
Keep up the awesome job with You Tube: “How’d she do that?” I love it!!!!!!!!! Even when I’m watching a video for one technique, I will catch you doing a task quicker, different, or more creative.
Thank you so much for sharing with us!!!!!
~Shawnie B
I stamp a lot of cards and have made a few scrapbook pages, but I would love to try digital scrapbooking. Maybe I would actually get more done:)
I am like a lot of Stampers out there. I
see what others have done with the digital software and I would love to learn. You do beautiful work and love your videos. I have a Great Granddaughter and that calender would be great. Thanks for sharing it with all of us.
Hi Dawn!
I’m a traditional scrapbooker (when I have time that is). I’d love to see what MDS is all about and save myself some time, that is VERY appealing! Thanks for a chance to win. I love what you and your daughter do each year with your calenders and that she sends current photos. Awesome ideas!!!
Hi Dawn;
I am a traditional scrapbooker but have been intrigued by MDS for everything that I have seen. Thank you for this possible opportunity to perhaps getting an oldie to try something new!
I’m not a scrapbooker at all, but I must say that your calendar samples are amazing. I might have to look into taking up scrapbooking after all.
The boys and the calendar are adorable!! What a great idea to use current photos. I am the gonna get around to it one day and actually do some scrapbooking kind of scrapbooker! lol Now, I am a Texan, and you did dare me, so here’s my attempt at the pronounciation. Prezdzeeky Probably not even close, but I had to try. lol Love your blog!
I’m a traditional scrapbooker, even going so far as to make many of the elements (frames, embellishments, etc.for my layouts) myself. I actually do more cardmaking than scrapbooking though.
I am a traditional scrapbooker but haven’t had time (or made time) or space to work on them in a few years. I am years behind in my 3 older kids’ books and haven’t even started the youngest who will be 3 next month. My plan is to get it going again by the end of the year
I am not a scrapbooker but I love MDS!
This calendar idea is great! Love how it can always have current pictures. The Sweet P’s are precious. The pictures are priceless. My scrapbooking is very limited. I like the idea of digital scrapbooking, because you can fix all your mistakes. lol Thanks for sharing and the chance to win your awesome blog candy.
I am a traditional scrapbooker. I sometimes think about making the change over to digital, but I haven’t made the leap as of yet. Maybe someday?
I’m not much of a scrapbooker, more of a cardmaker. But MDS intrigues me. Thanks for the chance to win this awesome blog candy!
I love the calendar idea. Those boys are so cute! Great ideas.
Thanks for sharing!
Inky hugs,
Janet
I was wondering how it would be to create with the Digital Studio and try scrapebooking at least once.
Thank you, Bev
i’m all cardmaker..but am truly trying to get into digi scrapping..lol..loves ya
I guess I’m considered a traditional scrapbooker! I have wanted to try using the digital studio! Maybe winning this would help me along! Great calendar pages!
Congratulations on your wonderful success!
I am a card maker but see so many applications for the digi studio and would love to own it! Keeping my fingers crossed that I finally win something.LOL
I love your blog by the way. I visit it daily!
Shelly
What a wonderful gift. I’m sure those who have received one for this year are already looking forward to next years edition. I am not a scrapbooker but would love the software for other projects. Thanks for the chance to win it.
I am more of a traditional scrapbooker, but I”m learning with MDS…loved it to make calendars. I hope to make more for Xmas.
Would love to have a chance to win the Digital Scrapbooking program. It looks like it would be really cool! Love the pages of your Grandchildren.
I am not a scrapper at all…but the MDS does intrigue me with making calendars for gifts, like you did, but also things like Christmas photo cards, or hybrid cards. I like the idea of your daughter sending current pictures…never thought of that b4.
Traditional scrapper since 2000 – but would LOVE to try my hand at digital creations!!
I am a traditionalist but would like to learn more about the digital world as they look so good,
thanks for the opportunity to win
Eileen
WOW, can’t believe the “P” boys are getting so grown up. Gotta love the digital, just gotta get it figured out….. hmmmmmm. 😉
I’m traditional… but am considering learning a little digital… if I do, it’ll definitely be MDS!
CONGRATULATION! I DREAM FOR HAVE THIS SOFTWARE OF STAMPIN UP.
I AM A TRADITIONAL ONE BUT I LIKE TO TRY THIS:)
ANGELLOVE7
Dawn, as far as scrapbooking goes, I’m more traditional but have tried digital once and enjoyed it alot and have debated about getting this. The calendar came out so cute and again you make it look so easy and so cute!! This has now made my wishlist.
Iam a traditional scrapbooker, but I’ve been learning about the SU digital software and it sounds wonderful.(Just saw a video about it.) I would love to try my hand at it! Thanks so much!
Hi! I’m from Malaysia .. I love your blog… Beautiful Sweet “P”s.. Have been doing some scrapbooking projects using Photoshop CS and Elements.. I don’t know if I am eligible for this draw but would be lovely if I could get an MDS.
Great idea on the calendar!!
I love to make traditional scrapbook pages….but I rarely put photos on them 😉 I keep saying “One of these days….”
Thanks for the chance to win!
LOVE your blog….I rarely comment, but I visit OFTEN!!
Oddly, I don’t really scrapbook for myself. If I did, I think it would be traditional. I do make a ton of photobooks as presents and those are all digital…
Wow! Thanks for the chance at some very sweet blog candy… you are so generous in your celebration and in your creativity!! I’ve scrapbooked in the past, but haven’t done much recently except for mini albums for bridal shower or baby shower gifts.
I’ve always been a traditional scrapper but I keep coming back to the Stampin Up digital offering….would love to win and give it a try!
I am a traditional kinda gal. Although it would be fun to learn how to use the digital software. Thanks for the beautiful inspiration.
I am new to scrapbooking. I tend to create pages then it takes awhile for me to print pictures to put on the pages! I would love to try MDS!!! Thank-you for sharing your inspirational ideas and blog candy!
I don’t scrap book, but it looks easy enough with the digital way…..great candy
This sounds great.
I’m a traditional scrapbook’er… I’ve never tried digital, but I would love to, some day!!! Nancy P…
I’m a traditional scrapbooker… but love this calendar and you’ve convinced me I should investigate MDS more completely.
I actually got into this wonderful world of papercrafting throught Scrapbooking however I am now drawn to the other aspects such as card making and lots of 3d items. I would love to be able to get back into the Scrapbooking side though.
I love following your blog, tons of inspiration!! Thank so much for all the sharing you do! I am a traditional scrapbooker, but would love to try MDS. Thanks for the chance to win!!
Hi, Dawn –
I am a paper scrapbooker and use a lot of Stampin’ Up supplies in my work. I just got the Holiday mini and am loving the new felt embellishments! I have thought about digital, but don’t really know where to start. Your blog candy would be a great starting point! Thanks for the chance to win and for sharing all your creativity with us. Just love your blog and your style!
I love your calendars. It’s so cute the things
little ones do. As adults we forget to enjoy the little things in life!! I don’t scrapbook but make cards. Thanks for the chance to win & all the lovely things that you make!!
i am defintitely a tradtional scrapbooker.I love the feel of the paper, photos and embellishments. It is a great feeling to watch my daughters look through the books repeatedly after I make them!
Dawn I have to be honest I haven’t made a scrap book page in a while and need to desperately. I have been a traditional scrapper but really plan to go digital.
Hi Dawn,
I am srictly a card maker of all kinds. However, I have tubs of photos just waiting to be used for scrapbooking. Hopefully, that will happen someday.
Hi Dawn!
I have the MDS program on my computer, but sadly haven’t used it too much. It is a goal of mine to learn how to use it to make hybrid cards and scrapbook pages. Thanks for the chance to win such a neat prize!
June in KS
I’ve done both traditional and digital. Right now I’m into traditional for my photo’s but I do make a digital calendar for family. This will be my 3rd year. I would love to try Digital Studio this year!
I am primarily a card maker. I am trying to get my photos organized digitally. (Scanning old ones). I would love to try MDS. Thanks for the chance to win.
Nice calendar, I mostly am a traditional scrapbooker and cardmaker. But would like to dive into digital on both.
I am mainly a card crafter, but when it comes to scrapbooking, I am definitely traditional all the way.
Oh, I love your calendar! This would make a GREAT gift for my daughter/son-in-law, for pix of our one-year-old grandson. I’m basically a traditional cardmaker/scrapbooker. Lately, I’ve seen so many wonderful cards/pages done digitally that I’ve been wanting to try my hand at using digital images. Just been a little apprehensive about launching out and attempting it. Your calendar is a great motivation to attempt it.
I have not scrapbooked for a long time (like six years, Yikes!)I had only known about traditional scrapbooking then. However, I am interested in learning about this digital scrapbooking thing. I as others have mentioned, am hesitant. It does seem as though it would be faster than the traditional approach. I love your scrapbook page and will consider giving it a try. Thanks for the chance to win the digital studio software!
I scrapbook many ways. Mostly traditional. I have just gotten into digital. Love a new challenge
What little scrapbooking I have done, I am the traditional scrapbooker! Would love to learn digital & the MDS. Thanks for a chance to win.
I’m starting to use digital images. Ones I find on the web. I’m curious about the SU digital suite. I’ve seen where people have taken the image & resized it. Givs you more versatility. Thanks for the chance to win the digi package.
I lean more to traditional but I’m trying to get into digital. Thanks for the chance to win.
In the past I have been more of a traditional scrapbooker. I have gotten away from the practice of scrapbooking & it has gotten away from me. This is unfortunate in the fact that I currently have a junior in high school. I would be very interested in learning about digital scrapbooking & I think that it could really help me get my memories and those of my children in order. Thank you for sharing. I truly enjoy your blog & your talents!
Not a scrapbooker- yet. Too much time committment at this point in my life- but one day!
I absolutely love the calendar! I think I may need a good tutorial to do this though. 🙂
I like digital scrapbooking. I am a little indecisive. I wasted a lot of paper trying to traditional scrapbook.
Love the Calendar…Its an easy way for me to scrapbook…gonna have to make one…
I am a traditional scrapbooker, but it would be fun to try digital!
Love the name of your calendar! Love the blue icing all over their faces! So cute! I tend to be afraid of scrapbooking in general, but that’s a fear that I’m addressing this year (my resolution!). I did a 3D project with scrapbooking, but I’m nervous to try the MDS (although I’ve had the program for a few years and I’m even certified in it!). I’m hoping to teach a class in MDS this fall, figuring that this is the best way to get comfortable with it!
What a great calendar and what a great way to keep up with the Sweet P’s! I love the hybrid pages that allow using both the software and traditional stamping!
Thank you for the fun celebration!
Debra
Dawn…I am a traditional scrapbooker but I would love to try the digital method. I have had some instruction with Stampin Up Digital Studio but I need more time and 1 on 1. Loved your calendar. Hope there might be a video coming!
I’m a traditional scrapbooker, but I have fallen so very far behind. I need to get back to it and get all those vacation photos taken care of!
I’m a card maker to the core. An A2 or A6 is about as large as I can envision my “canvas” and I love cards that slide, pop-up, unfold, or otherwise surprise the recipient. My favorites, though, are the ones that I make with punches.
I love traditional scrapbooking, but I call mine “cheater” scrapbooking: slap those photos onto 8 1/2×11 paper, stamp around and journal. That way I don’t have to chose just a few photos, and I end up scrapping almost everything and we have binders of photos to enjoy! Now though, I’m thinking it might be time to switch to photobooks!!
At this stage of life, I’m the traditional scrapper but am seriously thinking of adding some digi. I love the SU calendars & would love to attempt to create for upcoming gifts.
BOTH! Picking one or the other is deciding whether you like cheese or sauce on Pizza 🙂 Gotta have both!!!!!
sonyagilley@yahoo.com
Congratulations on the 2 million hits!
6×6 is my preferred scrapbook page size. A whole 12 x 12 sheet to work on is totally intimidating to me! Going digital might help relieve my fear of the 12 x 12 page!
Congratulations! Love your blog and all of your ideas, thanks for sharing. I love all three types of scrapbooking for various reasons. Thanks for the chance to win this blog candy.
Maureen
Your calendar pages are great and I love how you printed it without the photos! Brilliant! I would love to say that I’m a traditional scrapbooker, but in all honesty, who has time these days? I love to digital scrapbook because I can get so much done in so little time. During the scrapbook month promotion I was able to get 42 pages done so I could have them printed at the sale price!
great calendar idea! i have to learn how to use mds soon.
I’m really a scrapbooker that has all the good intentions of starting and finishing a book. I love mds because now you can scrapbook without leaving a mess and can just pick up where you left off.
I would like to get into scrapbooking, but I’m starting with cards. I like the idea of the hybrid, but am unsure how to start.
Digital all the way!!!
I am totally a traditional scrapper. Just finished scanning in 257 pages. Man in and out of sheet protector is quite a job, but I love looking at all my pages again.
Traditional mainly , just learning digital which I must admit am loving as just adding the extra touches give a beautiful 3D effect…Hugz xx Denise xx
Hi Dawn!
tank you for sharing all tour workshop and inspiration. You are incredible!
Keepsake going! TFS!!!
I’m mostly a digital scrapbooker. I love MDS! I like traditional scrapbooking too but never seem to get it done. August 25th is my BD. What fun to have a chance to win blog candy from one of my favorite bloggers! Thank you!
I am a traditional sscrapbooker, and an overwhelmed one! This could vastly improve things–plus, alternatives like blending the two!
Hi Dawn
I am a traditional card maker. I am just startin out and really enjoying it. Love your creations.
I’m a traditional scrapper but might turn into a digital b/c it looks faster.
Sherry
I love the calendar!!!!
i would have to say i am a traditional scrapper – hands down! i have created some digital pages but haven’t even thought about printing them – it scares me a little! thank you for your inspiration – i think i might start with a calendar and go from there – thanks!!!
Your grandies are adorable!!! What a nice thoughtful gift. Your daughter is so lucky to have you as her Mom 🙂
Great calendar. My family would enjoy receiving those. Hope I win the candy so I can make them.
love the flip flop stamp and see some of the cards you did with it.
What cutie pies!! They could qualify for smurfs!! My current scrapbooking trend is traditional – trying to catch up – but my yearly calendars are digital. Love the idea of leaving the photo spots open – never thought of that. Thanks for a great idea.
