This was one of my customers favorite project from my Technique Tuesday class this month for my Stamping Club members. Just use your Big Shot Sizzix Die Cutting machine and the Petal Card Die to make this adorable Heart Basket.
Cut two Pretty in Pink cardstock Petal Cards and only fold up two sides to form the heart. Attach those to a 1-1/4 by 5-1/4 piece folded in half.

I used the Designer Label punch (with Regal Rose Cardstock) to attach the Certainly Celerty ribbon to each side.
The heart and flower images are from the Sale-A-Bration stamp set Polka Dot Punches and stamped in using Regal Rose Ink. The flower was punched with the 5 Petal Flower Punch.

Thanks so much for posting the various views of this basket. I wasn’t sure how it went together and since I don’t own this diecut I couldn’t figure it out. I enjoy your blog and love your cards.

Dawn, I love how you attached the ribbon! I’ve never minded having the end of my ribbon showing – but I love this idea! Thanks for sharing!
Cute heart Dawn!
I love the heart basketso much that going 2 make my sister one.
Dawn, did you use the petal cone die? You put in your instructions the petal card die, but I don’t see that in the SU shop, maybe it’s discontinued by now? If it is the petal cone die, does each heart have two side panels that attach to the middle section, it only shows one side panel in the photo in the SU shop. Thanks. Ann
Ann – this die has since retired. But you could get a similiar box using the Petal Cone Die, like you suggest. Enjoy!
